I came for my pre op in Blackburn bur my operation was in Burnley which I don't like. They told me to stop taking blood pressure tablets 3 days before operation but it should have been 24 hours. This meant I could not have operation.

Times that the letters say to come for appointments do not fit with the bus times, so then I have to phone up to change. I don't know what people would do if they couldn't phone up.

Paying for parking is terrible and the traffic around the hospital has been badly managed.

It feels like a military operation.
A lot of jewellery has been stolen.
There's not enough care an no one to one support. Should be prioritised.
Staff don't have time to care for patients.
Food smelt and tasted like the containers it was prepared in.

Information about my care was not good, when I asked how to make a complaint I was told that I was not allowed. It is hard to find the wards around the hospital. Some things that I heard from staff were unacceptable.
I think that patients should be washed before being served food and eating.
Think there should be free TV on the wards.
