I just want to mention something about the generous staff, when the appointments run over by 1.30 or by 2hours then the staff will try and get their parking tickets stamped so that they don't have to pay as a goodwill gesture.

Waiting times could be improved, sometimes there is a very long wait and sometimes there is nothing. May be spread them out properly over the week.

The appointment system needs to be looked at.
Given no choice where to go for treatment, you are just told where to go.
