All the staff are very nice especially Mr Shah. I would like to complain about the Referral Management Centre as I have phoned up and they can't find the department

Two gentlemen who were looking after me in the mobile unit where I had my scan were chatting among themselves rather than treating me. This was not very caring and quite unprofessional.

No information given. I have tried to give blood here twice and on both occasions the nurses have struggled. I ended up getting bruised. I was then referred to Royal Preston Hospital and everything went smoothly.

Previously I've had trouble getting an appointment. Waiting room is very noisy. Parking is horrendous

I am a coeliac and therefor difficult to meet dietary requirements. Weren't always met when I had surgery here last November.

Delays in getting appointment. Suitability of appointment, too many months in advance. Only do procedures on Thursdays. Waited from 8am- seen at 1pm. Only offered 2 biscuits in the time I was here and they weren't enough. Needs more availability of appointments and less waiting time between consultation and treatments.
