The only issue I have is that the staff and reception get too loud sometimes and I have heard them swearing too.

Had to tell reception that two hand sanitisers were empty. Should be on top of it.

I think the car park should be free. I know the prices are low but still think they should get rid.

Hospital side of it was good, but ambulance transport poor. Have been waiting over an hour and been told could take up to 5-6 hours. Total wait 2.20 mins)
Improve ambulance transport service, to be told waiting time up to 6 hrs is unacceptable.

Staff keep talking, not good when you are there for appointment as you are not well.
Staff stick to rules and sometimes no common sense used.

Everything was as expected and staff are really good.
Cannot fault the staff in any way.

My wife has to come every two weeks and I cannot fault the staff in any way, from receptions to nurses to consultant - Brilliant!

Sister Jane's team is really good and always look after me. I have to come everyday but I never complain.
