The appointment was fantastic. I felt in very safe hands by the consultant and the nurses. The nurses were incredibly friendly, caring and there for me. The waiting time was horrendous but this was due to a check-in mistake which they apologised for. Overall it was outstanding.

Neurology is amazing. Waiting times for ambulance can take too long.

I've had a finger break in two places but it still is not straight. Range up for appointments but because you're not in pain they're not bothered and didn't call back. Never easy to get appointments. I'd rather pay private and get proper treatment.
I think they should be straight with people and say if you pay extra you will get better treatment.

Didn't know to come to the Casterton Ave Entrance so went to the wrong one. It wasn't my appointment letter.
Hospital is pretty old but it's ok, it does what it's supposed to do.
