Everything was good today, I regularly come to A&E and it takes ages but today was good.

I went in as was bleeding heavy. There was no waiting and seen straight away.

I work in Mental Health and I know patients are protected under the mental health act. At times staff, 1 paramedic 1 staff at X-ray department represented a conflict of interest confidentially.
I do my job. They do theirs. Don't interfere in the care plan of mental health patients.

I came with my husband for an appointment. My husband was in a wheelchair and the volunteer was amazingly patient.

The car park is an asset to the hospital but the crossing needs looking at as even though there is a zebra crossing, the car did not stop for me. Make crossing more visible for the drivers.

Does not like people smoking at entrance to the hospital and was pleased with the document tackling this problem produced by the trust.

My son has autism and had to wait 2 hours for his appointment. Even though his appointment was at 9.30am we still had to wait. My sons get very excited and can not sit in one place to long and I requested the reception if something could be done but was not supported in anyway.
