Feel always very cold, please sort out the temperature, I can not understand why this place has to close down.

The boiler noise is an issue, struggle to sleep at night.
I have been told some of the food comes from Wales, is this right?
Not happy with constant change of staff, you get to know one and before you know it, it has changed,
Never get the right information when ask a question, always conflicting information.
