I came in an ambulance on Christmas day. I was seen within an hour and the staff were brilliant.

I had an allergic reaction to the dye in a CT scan. I had two scans within three weeks and I came out in a huge reaction. That was at Bradford. My stay here at Airedale was excellent

My appointment has been changed 3 times or cancelled I don't understand why they send me to Bradford Royal. I always have to phone up to change to Airedale but why don't they send me here to begin with?

I don't think the signage is very good with getting from the car park to the correct building. It's hard to navigate around.

I've had to wait a month but I'm happy with that. I don't drive so parking is not a problem.
