Another group member also commented on Westgate Medical Practice in
Morecambe. They said that they have a 4 week waiting time to see an allocated GP.
They also felt that the turnover of GP’s was very high. They also commented that the
phone line is always engaged which means driving and calling in to the surgery is an
easier option for making appointments.

Warfarin Clinic

One group member commented about Westgate Medical Practice in Morecambe.
They mentioned that the appointment for the Warfarin Clinic was not frequent
enough. The member said this needs to be every 2 weeks, but at this surgery it took
up to 4 weeks.

Appointment to have bloods taken - had to wait for the appointment. Would have preferred it to be sooner.
