I can never get an appointment at my GP surgery. The phones are always engaged and probably off the hook as I have experienced before. I find the reception staff very aggressive and unhelpful. I have complained before and received a letter if you are unhappy go elsewhere which I think is very bad customer service! I have been with the surgery for years seeing Dr Travis, it is a shame he had to retire.

Very difficult to get appointments cannot get past reception desk always fully booked..
Reception I find unhelpful at times I have been told if not happy go to the walk in.. not good when you are unwell thankfully we are not a sick family.. but when you are ill you would like to see a Dr. I have a wrist problem for ages had to use my own money to go private to get help not good at all but which Dr do you go to? PHONE ALWAYS ENGAGED ALWAYS FULLY BOOKED. EVEN FACE TO FACE AT SURGERY CAN NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT. I FEEL VERY LET DOWN is there anywhere better in Ormskirk?
