Very good service

I'm happy with my surgery, I can always get an appointment and we always use the pharmacy before we attempt the surgery as we feel that is the best thing to do. The surgery is very good at educating patients about what is needed and where to go for support.
I havent heard much from them

I have attended an appointment about my referral and have been told that it keeps being postponed until a later date. I have suffered a lot with problems recently and i feel that they are not very good at letting me know what is happening. I understand that it is not the fault of the surgery but I want an easy way to find out where I stand with my referral.

I think the surgery are awesome, Dr B has been absolutely amazing with me and always answers all my questions. I don't have a problem getting an appointment and if I want to be seen face to face I can.
The doctors and Diabetes Nurses are excellent

I have found that the doctors at Chorley Surgery are excellent with patients and families. The Diabetes Nurses are also excellent

I have been at this surgery for a while now and i really struggle to get an appointment.
I was told by the hospital to write down who my doctor is but i don't know, i rang the surgery to ask them and the receptionist said that they didn't know either. We are supposed to have a registered doctor.

this surgery is very good and always has been, they have changed the phoneline and it is now so much better. They have very good communication with the hospitals which i like.
Long wait times on the phone

I contacted the surgery the other day to arrange an appointment to see my Dr to have my medication reviewed. I was on hold for 45 minutes without the option for a callback. I was at position 1 fo raround 15 minutes when I had my call answered. I have been trying to make an appointment for some time but it takes so long to get through I dont know what to do. I have to have regular medication reviews and it is getting to be a chore.
