More staffing is needed

I rang the surgery and they told me there were no appointment's and I'd have to wait 3 weeks to see a doctor. They then offered me a nurse and I jumped at the option I did have to wait 2 days but I would rather be seen sooner than later.

It is very hard to get an appointment with this surgery, I ring and can be on hold for a long time. My family are ringing on my behalf now to get an appointment. Once you get an appointment the nurses and doctors are great but you just cant get through.

Difficult to get through. Nearly impossible to get past reception to see any doctor on duty.

Nursing staff are inefficient and have poor attitude to patients. Appointment system and reception staff are a joke, getting through by phone is almost impossible and a non urgent appointment takes up to three weeks if you want to see your own Doctor. Doctors are generally good.

They are not being honest with me. Complaints handling by CQC and practise, I've been so ill. Urine became black and I felt it was because of the statins I took for diabetes. Was told by the GP that there was nothing wrong with the medication. It has ruined my life, I've lost everything because of the GP.
