Same Day Health Centre - Fleetwood

My experience at Fleetwood walk in urgent treatment centre. The only thing ruining the visit is that miserable receptionist! She never smiles or even looks like she wants to be there! It's disgraceful having staff at first port of call who don't even greet you with a smile! She didn't tell 4 of us to use the new tablet system either!! So I was there at 7.45 and wasn't seen first because other people knew the new system!! My stars are only based on her attitude alone and not nursing staff, they deserve 100%.

The staff were excellent
The Healthwatch Lancashire colleague was very good and had a nice manner (got told to mention this)

Great centre as a back-up when you cannot get an appointment with your GP.

I visited the pharmacy and use it regularly, I love the place and they provide an excellent service.

I came with my partner as he needed an x ray.
We arrived and he was seen straight away (wow)

Sent by my GP to get an x ray done at the centre, first time here and we'll impressed.
