Treatment is excelkent

Treatment is excellent and the dentists are lovely however it's absolutely ridiculous that when you ring to book an appointment the message just says - sorry we cannot take your message at the moment and you cannot leave a message or request a call back so I spend days ringing and hoping somebody might actually pick it up! Come on, it's not difficult to answer a phone!!!

Attended with my 4 grandchildren & son all have additional needs - very patient, supportive, takes time.
