Waiting time to be reduced. Patients ought to be seen sooner. A little more extra time would be made if they were to leave paper work until later. Once you get to see the doctor it's alright.

I waited 10mins which is not long but when you see staff chatting away, it's not good. To be seen faster would improve my experience.

I struggled to find parking & the cost of parking is expensive. Improve car parking.

8.30am appointment. There's always a long wait but I'm used to it. I was seen at 9.00am and then I had to wait until 9.50 to be seen again. There's a delay in waiting for my prescription at the pharmacy.

Only downside was initial letters, not good.

My daughter was in with a chest infection, the nurse's and doctors were very quick to give her medical attention due to her oxygen levels. They were also good with my daughter who is only 2 when she was upset. The only thing I wasn't happy was when a nurse on the night shift ignored doctors notes on my daughter and another child in our bay. Also didn't put the correct notes in medical records. I was not happy with the way she spoke with us and she was not gentle with my daughter, I believe this nurse was called Laura. Me being a care assistant I know what is required. Overall I was pleased with the quality of care given by the hospital.

Waiting time was long. The car park is a nightmare and you see people fighting over a spot.

Just feel sometimes they take on more appointments than required, and because of that they struggle.

Staff very considerate and very caring.

Dialysis Unit nurse messed up my sister's water, no button was pressed, very bad.
