I had a lot of difficulty getting an appointment for my child. Had to ring and speak to staff in the dept in the end, once I got the appointment everything was very quick. Had issue with medical staff in the past but my new consultant is very good and I am happy now.

On busy days parking can be impossible, also very costly. Chorley hospital has more 'personality'. Staff did not introduce themselves.

Very poor parking, had to walk from car park A which is the other side of the hospital, my mobility is poor and now I feel unwell. I'm lucky my daughter was here. The food in the café is good but no variety, quite plain with not much choice.

Staff have been very accommodating, we were 3/4 of an hour late due to a traffic accident but the staff fitted us in ok.
The corridors are very long for someone like me with poor mobility.

I have been here to RPH a lot and have always had a good experience.

Parking is very hard and when your appointment time clashes with hospital ward visiting times, spaces cannot be found on the hospital grounds. The hospital corridors are dark and not very nice to walk down with cold areas to travel down and I got lost.

Parking is a major issue there are too few disabled car parking spaces for us, me and my mum have poor mobility. No wheel chair could be found so have to walk from a far away car park.
