Treatment by Dr Ahmed started March 2015, before that treatment was very poor.
BMI - Poor,neurologist at BMI Royal Blackburn was very poor.

Had my cataract done and was very surprised how well it went. All the staff were great and put my mind at rest.
Keep up the good work and don't let standards drop.

Went to see family relative who had a baby, staff were very nice and helpful and looked after my relative very well.
Building needs more light coming out of lifts.

Lack of clarity and communication - waiting was hard with diagnostic. Parking is rubbish - no space for carrying my wife into the car. The food is rubbish - absolutely appalling - tasteless and presented awfully - it would put you off food for life

I have a disabled badge so I don't struggle with parking

I can't fault Rebecca who I usually see. Parking is rubbish - not good for disabled people

Excellent as I get discharged today - one less place to visit. Staff are very helpful. Needs more parking facilities particularly for elderly/rheumatology

There is a toilet that can be used from the long corridor - these need to be checked more

The signage was poor and needs to be better - outside the building and internally to the different departments. There was a really short waiting time in the waiting room. She really listened to everything I had to say and I booked my next appointment at a suitable time for me. Hand sanitisers are everywhere. It only took 1 month to get the appointment. Information received was very helpful with contact details and lots of suggestions. The consultant chased up things that were not her responsibility which was great
