					The signage was poor and needs to be better - outside the building and internally to the different departments. There was a really short waiting time in the waiting room. She really listened to everything I had to say and I booked my next appointment at a suitable time for me. Hand sanitisers are everywhere. It only took 1 month to get the appointment. Information received was very helpful with contact details and lots of suggestions. The consultant chased up things that were not her responsibility which was great

					I only come every 3 years and it's a case of me reminding my doctor that the 3 years is up. The rheumatology building is far too far away from the main hospital

					I've had no problems and no complaints. I've been in this hospital lots of times and can't praise them enough. The staff are a pleasure. Parking is horrendous - have to get a taxi. Sandwiches could be improved but it's nice that it is provided as well as coffee.

					Very good - I can't fault it at all. No problems with waiting times. I know what is going on and they are trying to solve my health problems

					Good hospital and confidence in staff to look after family member.  Car park better with payment at the end.
