really bad communication
it took me 2 weeks to make an appointment with the doctor, every time i rung i was told there were no appointments and that i had to ring the next day. On the day of my appointment a lady walked in to the surgery and asked if she could make an appointment as she was feeling poorly and the receptionist said no you have to ring. The lady sat next to me and rang from my phone as she had no access to a phone and she rang the reception and booked an appointment on the phone as she was looking at the receptionist. I think this was very badly managed especially when the woman had a condition and all she wanted was an appointment.
