111 and Preston Primary Care

Excellent. The lady at 111 was helpful, efficient and considerate. I phoned at 7am and received a call back minutes later and was seen by a doctor at Preston Primary Care at 8.10. All on a Saturday morning, 9th July 2016. The doctor was extremely kind, and again very efficient. I can't thank everyone enough, thank you.
