I have had a bad experience at The Women's Hospital in Liverpool and I wouldn't go back. I have received good feedback about Ormskirk Hospital and so I asked my GP to be referred here. I wouldn't put maternity (out-patients) with gynaecology. It's a slap in the face as I can't have children and when people ask, they think I'm having a baby.

Treatment was successful. I have received it before but now I don't have to come back for 3 years

I have been coming here since 2012 and nothing has really improved. The service is good sometimes and sometimes it's not so good. Sometimes the staff are not listening. Some staff need improvement

The wait for CTG (Cardiotocography) is poor (upstairs next door to maternity). There is always about a one hour delay. I have been about four times. There should be improvements in waiting times for CTG.

Waited about 25 minutes at this visit. Waiting time could have been better

Appointment times vary. I have waited over an hour in the past for my appointment. I am consultant led but did not receive any appointments for consultant. I had to chase up.

The nurse was very nice. The registrar did not appear to have ready my notes and treatment history and suggested treatment options and then did not explain the detail behind it. The nurse then intervened and did so on behalf of the registrar. There should be a more personalised approach from the medical staff.
