Some staff are better than others - more talkative midwives are really good. Some staff could be a bit more personal especially if it's your first baby. There is also inconsistencies in staff communication

Perhaps a lot of time wasted for having separate appointment for things. I have 3 appointments spaced out over a few months. It would be helpful to have the appointments more condensed i.e. 2 procedures to be done on the same day rather than having to come twice.

It's always been very good. My appointment came via my GP and it came within 2 weeks

I have come with my wife as she has an appointment, I feel it is really good here and I'd rather come here any day than going to Southport.

Only issue for me is the main entrance, it gets very busy sometimes, especially when people are paying for the car park.
