Poor signage on main road and appointment letters do not have a map indicating where to park for relevant clinics.
Better signage with maps included in the appointment letter would be very beneficial.

The place needs brightening up a bit. Map provided on back of the letter. Blue Badge parking should be free. Walk from parking to the entrance is too long,

The appointment procedure for the gastro clinics seems to be in a shambles (for me anyway)

I was due to have a scan and see a consultant (2 appointments). But my appointment to see the consultant was before my scan. The staff member arranged for me to have my scan and see the consultant in my first appointment so that service was excellent and I didn't have to come back for my second appointment at 4pm
