Difficulty getting through on the phone and poor communication issues. Rang on a number of occasions and couldn't get through. Once spending 45 minutes on hold and once being cut off. I couldn't get clarity about my fasting needs till after 2pm so if then on PM appointment had been fasting too long. I am quite unhappy about this. I could not establish if my treatment would be AM or PM the next day so I didn't know when to fast from. However, my wife has been an in-patient here in the past and there weren't any problems.
