Poor communication

It's ok. Getting appointments can be difficult; they don't let me know whether I need an appointment with doctor or with a nurse etc. When I phoned to get contraceptives, they said I need to see the doctor to get my blood pressure checked as well as other things. You can't book appointments in advance with the doctor but can with the nurse. If I would have known I could have seen the nurse, it would have been so much easier. The doctor is very good, the problem is the communication in between.
