It's been excellent. The only thing they need is a turning circle for the car park. The car park does not flow so we often have to reverse out or mess around. I don't think it is safe and it can be stressful. They could also do with wheelchairs positioned at the front or entrance for the patients that need them, particularly since most people visiting will be elderly

Had hearing aids for 4 weeks and came back for checkup. Car parking is not sufficient.

Sciatic nerve in leg. Easy access ASA, After pre-diagnosis appointment time very quick. Been training in pain relief awareness.

Staff very good. Everyday have bank staff - so may change everyday. This is the only thing I have a problem with. There are only a few staff that get to know the patient - having trouble drinking. Bank staff are caring as well. Car park and buses are also a problem here - car park is not big enough, buses don't come at visiting times. Beds are that far apart that patients can't speak to one another. TV room is available but he would need a wheelchair, he is lonely and bored.
