I can't praise them enough. They have all been lovely. It's so calm and quiet - such a lovely environment.

I didn't know the lady at reception but she explained everything to me in a way that I understand.

The only problem is having the eye drops means I can't drive. If I wasn't driven here by my wife I would struggle with transport as there's only one bus per hour. It's not a lengthy consultation but they are very good. They are very quick at sending the results back to my GP and to home - about 2-3 days usually. Changing appointments has been easy as well.

It's been excellent, as always. It took a bit longer in the appointment today because I had a corn so someone more qualified came in to have a look and they treated it at the same time. I was amazed actually that they sorted it in the same appointment. I'm very grateful
Physiotherapy

I booked in for an appointment for pain from rheumatology. It took 6 weeks to get physiotherapy. They just showed me some pictures and sent me off. I had a follow up appointment at home but I was still the same. The physio appointment took too long and it made no difference
