I don't think I could get any better treatment anywhere, it's fantastic. The longest I've had to wait to be seen has been 40 minutes and that was a one off. I've been seen on time today.

The car park is atrocious. I can only walk slow and it is difficult because of my injury. Other than that it's been fine.

The hearing aids were rubbish. They work but they fall out, different shaped ears. Parking is a nightmare. I came back and she fiddled around with them to see if they would fit and work for me but they didn't. They then said I should go to Royal Blackburn Hospital but I thought bother it!!

If you have an appointment time you should go in at the time you're due. At Clitheroe they are pretty good.
