hard to get an appointment
before the new phone lines were brought in i would have to ring over 100 times to get through to the reception. The new phone line is not helpful at all, when you call you get put through to an automated message but at the end of the message if there is no-one to answer your call they put the phone down. So you have to sit for around 1-2 minutes listening to an automated message to then possibly have the phone put down on you. Then you have to call back and hear the automated message again and wait to see if anyone picks up, i feel the phone lines need to be changed.
