Excellent service by the incumbent GP team
Always possible to get an urgent appointment, albeit not with the GP of choice. Telephone appointment could be hit and miss to see individual GP - booking process recently changed, improving the situation. Routine appointment, with GP of choice, can be up to 10 days. Late night and Saturday appointments have eased pressure on appointment system. Blood letting (sorry, Phlebotomy) service could be expanded to save up to 90 minute waits at Hospital! Current tendering process for the Practice contract could nullify all the above comments, and ratings, should a new/different management team and doctors be brought in!!!
