Asda Pharmacy - Clayton Green Road

my husband gets regular prescriptions on a monthly subscription that goes to the same pharmacy and weve never had any problems at all. I went to pick his prescription up and they were closed, i heard a voice saying come back in 1 hour and well sort you out, i went back in an hour and they were closed for a lunch break. I had to hang around in asda as i don't drive and when i did go in they said they didnt have his prescription and id have to come back tomorrow. i explained the urgency of the medication and explained that id already been three times last week as they had messed up the medications on their side. She said there is nothing i can do come back tomorrow, i don't have access to a phone and asked if they could ring other pharmacies to see if they had it in but they refused. I went back the day after and they had some of the prescribed medications but as this was late i had to administer it to my husband there and then and they asked me what i was doing and if it was appropriate for me to be doing it there, i was appalled especially when i had told them that this medication was a matter of urgency and he should have had it already.

i went to asda pharmacy to pick up my prescription to find it closed, we then heard someone shouting through the screen that they opened at 3pm. We waited until 3pm and went back just to be told they are very busy, running very behind and they cant do the prescription here and now. I was told to comeback the day after. I went back to find they are now closed for lunch but no communication with patients or sign up to say they were having to close.

Unbelievably incompetent staff. Barely able to comprehend basic English, borderline rude and most certainly an amateurish outfit. Avoid.
