A revisit to Highfield Scheme
On 5th July 2022, Healthwatch Lancashire conducted an Enter & View at Highfield Scheme Ltd and spoke with people who use the service and staff members. Following feedback and observations made during this initial enter and view, Healthwatch Lancashire made recommendations to help improve the service.
The Highfield Scheme provides an activity day service for adults with learning disabilities based in Great Harwood, Lancashire.
To observe any activities that weren’t running on the day of the initial visit, celebrate successes, measure change, and continue partnership working, Healthwatch Lancashire arranged a revisit to Highfield Scheme on 23rd March 2023.

It was great to hear positive feedback from people who use the service and to see improvements made by management of the service. Thank you to Highfield Scheme for allowing us to revisit.
