Very good service

I went to the walk in Centre for an appointment with the falls clinic and they were amazing with me. I had a thorough check over and they are coming to my home to check if my house is suitable for me. I did have to wait 1 year for this appointment but they were lovely once I got there.

Never been here and waited more than 45 minutes. Nursing staff are very good. I choose to come here because I can come without an appointment

Today I have been waiting over an hour and I haven't been triaged yet. Need more staff to make it faster

1/2 hour wait. Staff are brilliant. Couldn't fault the staff. Usually get seen within a reasonable time - 1-2 hours without an appointment.

In and out within half an hour. Could have been improved if I could have an X-ray. There are no facilities here also for chest pains you would have to go to Ormskirk hospital.

Waited 1 and a half hours. It does say you can't have food and drink but people were having food and drink in the waiting area. I was told I would lose my place in the queue if I went out (I was on my own).
My experience would be improved if I had been able to have a drink / eg vending machine or able to get a magazine or something to read.
