Communication with patients

This surgery don't listen to their patients, you try to solve the problem yourself but they don't seem bothered. I have been asked to go back after 12 months for a blood test but they wont let me go back earlier for a check up. They have a very dismissive attitude about prevention and are quick to medicate. I even got told by my doctor to go private.

The communication within the doctors is not very good. i went for an appointment and they sent me for a blood test, i was told by the doctor they would ring me.
I rang back 2 weeks later and they said 'oh your bloods came back fine.' so i asked what do i do now and the receptionist said you just need to ring for an appointment tomorrow.

I have never seen the same doctor twice, they sent me to another surgery but it was rubbish. Dr Reaves is great because I have aspergers syndrom I need to see the same doctor all the time.
