Treatment of patients

i cant get an appointment at this surgery and the receptionists are incredibly rude. i feel when we do get an appointment the doctors don't listen to your needs and wants and as a patient i feel very unheard.

I am struggling to book an appointment at my doctors. They say they release appointments at 7am every morning and I am struggling to choose an appointment with the right person it is very confusing. All it gives me are the option to book an ANP appointment, blood test, HCA and other services that I dont need. The app is just not easy to use

I have been trying to get an appointment to speak to a GP about my anxiety, I don’t want medication but I am unsure where to go. I have tried contacting the GP every morning at 8am but there are just no appointments. This was the same when my daughter was unwell, we had to fight for an appointment

My surgery is very good once you get to see someone. Getting an appointment is very difficult and sometimes you can be waiting weeks to get an appointment but once you see the doctors or nurse you cant complain they are so lovely.
Mixed service

My surgery do not offer face to face appointments easily. You have to ring in the morning and you can only get a telephone appointment. I was told I have to wait three weeks if I want face to face, which doesn't help when you are poorly there and then. Once at the surgery the doctors are good, but I don't always find the advanced nurse practitioners very helpful.
Hard to get an appointment

This surgery is so hard work at times. I can't get an appointment. They say to ring in the morning but I'm on the school run so what do they expect from me. I then get through eventually and they tell me to ring back tomorrow.

My doctors is very good, I cant fault them at all. they are fabulous, I can always get an appointment.

You just can't get a face to face appointment at this surgery, you ring and they say there are no appointments or only phone call appointments. I have a physical disability so I know in myself when I need a face to face but the surgery won't give me one.

I have been with the doctors many years but i feel since covid the surgery has gone worse.
you cant get an appointment online or via the phone, im on hold for a long time and the n im told there are no appointments and i have to ring back tomorrow.
I don't feel they do listen when you come in for an appointment and they spend a lot of time typing and looking at a screen rather than looking at the patient.

Excellent access to services

They are very approachable and accomodating with my condition. Whenever I call I am seen very quickly and have a regular review with them. I have moved here from another practice and have noticed a completely different experience.
