Lane Ends Surgery

I attended the surgery to request a referral for Autism Assessment and was met with a very obnoxious unfriendly doctor who not only didn’t take me seriously but had the nerve to say that although he would fill out the form he didn’t think I would get a referral for Autism because I don’t look Autistic. He was a locome GP but that doesn’t give him the right to make me feel uncomfortable. He then proceeded to send the referral to the wrong organisation and it took another month to get it sent to the right organisation.

Very difficult to get through to make an appointment, it's ok once you do manage to get in to see the doctor

i was referred to Preston hospital for an operation but the doctors had put me through for wrong tests for over 2 years before i finally got my operation 3 years later. The communication between the gp and hospital was very poor.

We went for a referral for an assessment but they have sent us to the wrong department. We were sent to the wrong team. I have emailed them to try and correct the issue and have also submitted a complaint against the member of staff who was very dismissive and I felt like I was not listened to.
