3 Months after agreeing to make a referral none was made. The doctor accepted he had done nothing, but then treats me for a different condition.

I rang the surgery to ask if I could see a nurse as soon as possible and I got seen within 2 hours of ringing. No improvements needed, the nurses at the practice are really good.
