Hesketh Lane Dental Practice

i am with Hesketh Dental and they have lost their NHS dentist which is causing so many problems for patients trying to access the dentist and being asked to wait for an NHS dentist to arrive before they can be seen.

I was on the NHS register at my dentist when a dentist left and hasn't been replaced. I was lucky enough to get in with another dentist in the practice but others weren't so lucky. The other patients have been told to hold on and keep ringing to see if they have replaced the dentist yet or not. I know most people who attend that dentist and they don't have time to keep ringing and asking if they now have an NHS dentist registered. Also they can expect patients to sit and wait to see if there will be someone taking over, I don't think its fair on patients. They need to be honest with patients and tell us what is going on.

I feel I get very good service from this dental practice. They listen and they remind me of my appointments.
