Staff smoking

Star rating is based on this issue. Several times a day, staff from the Health Centre (in 2s and 3s) congregate and smoke cigarettes on Water Street just outside the entrance to the site. It might not be all staff, but of the ones who smoke, there are evidently some who litter as that part of the street is covered in cigarette butts. In addition, it is a nuisance for the residents of the new build properties adjacent to the Health Centre and not a good representation of NHS staff.

This practice never has up-to-date information about patients, is difficult to get ahold off, is culturally unaware and has a severe lack of care for patients. This practice cannot even correctly tell you what medication you are on, and waste time with pointless phone calls that do not even give you time to speak on your problems once you have corrected all their misinformation.

New GP surgery - understood, very nice.
Too much formality to get an appointment but it is OK. We should be proud of our health system. Regularly attends B/B Royal - first class treatment.
