Food usually cold when it should be hot on the ward.
Parking is an issue even with disabled badge.
Smoking outside entrance is an issue. I have COPD and its very dangerous.
Very long waiting times in Pharmacy even if waiting for one thing.

Parking - expensive prices. Smoking outside entrance - requires smoking shelters. Hit and miss getting an appointment and how easy it is. Maternity section very poor - some departments would recommend, some departments I would'nt. Staffing levels for cleaning and care - need more staff. Need more resources.

Waiting times variable - depends on the day. Can be up to 1 hour.

Good hospital

Excellent - car park fees are good!

My wife had a stoma but at RBH they thought it was trapped wind. When they eventually found out about the stoma she had to have an emergency operation. Also they put a tube down her throat for a few weeks and didn't remove it which meant that her mouth can only open a small amount now. I have to use a screw to try to widen it still. She was moved to different wards continuously and to different hospitals at Pendle and somewhere in Colne. They kept her alive but there were numerous complications and problems we are still facing today due to mistakes made by the hospital.

The service is fine, but I don't like having to travel so far for an outpatients appointment
