Many thanks for your feedback regarding the care and treatment you received from staff on wards D3, Ward 19 at Burnley General and then Ward B8 at Royal Blackburn Hospital following brain surgery. It is lovely to hear that you had such a positive experience and that any concerns were dealt with by the ward manager/Matron and it is a wonderful review for the staff who always strive to deliver, safe, personal and effective care and it will be a pleasure to pass on your comments.

We are sorry to hear of your experience. We do have a Matron on duty and actively promote a tell me today campaign, where people can call the matron directly, so we can meet with relatives and patients to hear about their care, at the time of their care, then where needed any resolution can be achieved at the time.
