Staff on postnatal & Neonatal ward caring

The staff on Postnatal ward & Neonatal ward - next door who is looking after my baby are really nice and caring.
Receptionists at dentist ignored me

Receptionists at the dentist (3 of them) were chatting and ignored me. I had to call "Hello" for them to respond.
The staff could not have been more caring

I was required to attend for dressings to be replaced following surgery. The staff could not have been more caring or professional. The environment was clean and attractive and I was required to wait only for a short time before being called through to have my dressings replaced.
