Waited a long time to get an assessment off physio was in hospital after having a fall in Feb.
Fire alarm - caused some problems as I was helped onto a bed and then the fire alarm went and it was a struggle to get off the bed.
getting an appointment (first) could be made quicker / earlier - quite an issue as I was waiting since March.

Fire alarm was quite loud. Wasn't sure if it was a test or real. Turned out it was real.

Mis-communication about appointment - went to Southport though appointment was here. (Relative explained) was 15 mins late for appointment waited 45 minutes to be seen.
