Overall experience has been excellent. However I would like to point out that there is only one payment machine for parking and people tend to wait a long time to pay.
Cost of coming from Southport

Cost of coming from Southport. Have to come 3 x a week, can't come by train. Public transport is an inconvenience way of travel. This service used to be provided in Southport, no longer do so and it's difficult to attend regularly.

Last time wasn't well looked after, waiting ages to be seen. Other people went in before me even though they came after me. Complained and today I was seen straight away.

Appointments for outpatient appointments should not be sent out 6 months in advance as people forget.
Public toilets - toilet paper & paper towels

Paper towels in public toilets - There are none and the toilet paper is not very good either.
