It was nice that they had rooms to get changed rather than cubicles as they had previously. I am a big woman and I struggled in the past.

Was late for appointment due to car parks being busy but overall the experience was excellent.

Had to wait for x-ray
More of a complaint about Royal Preston Hospital. Was in hospital for 2 and a half weeks only to be told that they wouldn't do the op in Preston but would have to have the op in Chorley.
I live in Fulwood. Would have preferred to have had the op in Preston as it would cost me a lot of money in taxis.

Chose Chorley Hospital through patient choice as easier to get to than Bolton (like shopping in Chorley)
Parking is good too. I live in Horwich
