Agency staff don't know us as well so they're not as caring. I don't like the food at all. The only healthy options are salad. The building is old fashioned inside and out. I don't like being here - I'm not used to it and I don't like being restricted.

The environment is not very good for me because I have anxiety and we don't get to go out enough. I don't have a CD or TV player because I smashed them up. There's never any staff so it's difficult to get appointments for doctors and things. Some of the food is alright but yesterday I had stone cold carrots and potatoes and the other day I had pasta bake and that was cold as well.

We don't find out everything that we want to know about moving, but it's ok now. I'm always going out - I like my wildlife and I've been to clitheroe. I'm waiting to see where I'm moving. I want to go to bamber bridge where I can make a new start and live on my own but supported by staff. The food is not cooked properly still. I've been involved in a few interviews which I liked. Some staff are caring and others aren't. It's the bank staff that I don't think care as much

I've been waiting to be moved for too long - years - due to paperwork, but I'm moving next week - I can't wait. Appointments vary depending on when the doctors come in. They have to keep us informed of our treatment plan - it's part of their job. If they don't we don't know what's going on.

Staff make appointments for me and I don't have to wait long. Sometimes I don't get the food I ordered - last week I had to eat my case workers because I need soft food. I ordered fish cakes but got spring rolls.

I've been here for that long that I make my own happiness and life here. I have my own routines. I'm hoping to be out by Christmas because my doctor has said he is going to recommend I am moved to step down / enhanced. I'm over the moon about it.

I'm unsure about the appointments because I've only just moved. I eat anything if it's there, I think the food is excellent

We have three strict level 3s on our ward but only two staff. The ward is very unsettled. This means we can't do anything [go out into the community/activities]. I've been trying to speak to my case manager for three weeks but because there's only one staff qualified to deal with the level 3s I can't get to see her. This means we can't come outside and it's hard to get staff to even have time to open the door. The food is getting better- I had a meal the other day and it was actually nice for a change.

Individual service. Very experienced staff team meet individual needs continuously. Have patiently built up son's trust, self confidence and self esteem. Treated him with dignity and respect despite his many difficulties and challenges. They completely turned his life around from a very dark place. Improvement would be to allow this expertise to remain stable and continue. Best service he's been in by far. Great example of what can be done to enable the most challenging to have a happy and fulfilling life. Thank you Calderstones.
