Excellent care given

My elderly mum attended the Vascular dept. (Lostock Suite) yesterday and I would like to acknowledge on her behalf the care and kindness given to her by doctor and nurses, thank you so very much.

I was very satisfied with my appointment, it was excellent. They were very informative and the staff were very nice. It has taken me a long time to get a referral here from my GP but I am very happy with the service now I have been seen.

A number of people in a group said the signage relating to clinic times for blood tests and x-rays at Royal Preston Hospital is poor and needs to be improved.
