A betrayal of trust, A total inability to identify my needs, No continuity of care. Not treated appropriately with regards to my needs. Not a client led service. Messages ignored and a lot of "people pleasing" and betrayal of trust. "Book learning" is not enough? Neither is power trips. We are all equal.
Alwayys let down,not client led.

Experience was bad, staff didn’t listen, accused me of not trying to help myself despite me pointing out I am going where I can for support. Tried to say I was contradicting myself when I was trying to explain stuff (am autistic and was distressed), staff accused me of armchair diagnosing myself when I mentioned I study psychology despite me complaining of issues happening for years and only now having resources to look into them. Tried to pin everything on mg family as i’m disowned and ignored when I said that wasn’t the case of my distress. Laughed when I said felt not listened to and didn’t believe me when I stated previous mental health support being bad and traumatising. Gave me time in the room with friend to try calm down without them in but they listened at door and came back in when was stating they arent helping to ‘correct’ me that they are when all they did was actually make me distressed to the point of being ill and feeling more suicidal and helpless. They didn’t take me mentioning memory and time gaps seriously either.

They are very accommodating with a compassionate side, sometimes you do see different people.
Many staff with a heavy workload to cope with very serious mental health issues.
