Parking is a problem . Building is tired looking.
Waited from Feb - June to be seen following referral from GP.
Service today was excellent.

Parking at Preston is a nightmare. Minor Injuries could be made a bit nicer but I can't fault the care or the staff.

I have been messed around by both Royal Preston and Royal Blackburn Hospitals and my diagnosis has been messed up. Currently dealing with CQC and Ombudsman.

Waited 1 hour 10 mins - nurse did come and explain that an MDT meeting over-ran.

Waited for 25 mins. Received 2 text messages in the last 2-3 months about my experience in Maternity and I have been coming to Eye Unit for a few years, so I have had no experience in maternity.

The waiting time for Patient Transport can be quite lengthy. Last week waited one hour to be taken home and then a taxi had to be called.
If patient transport waiting time can be reduced. Having to be ready 2 hours beforehand is difficult.
