Waiting area is rubbish - claustrophobic
Previously I have waited up to 2 hours to be seen. Very busy hospital - Hospital too small.

Lighting here triggers my migraine
Parking was horrendous. I was here 15 mins before my appointment and couldn't park. I ended up being 10 mins late for my appointment.
Waiting time at pharmacy could be improved.

GP phoned hospital for emergency appointment today, I have a transplant in Manchester 18 months ago, I got an infection and was prescribed antibiotics and was told I would get an appointment in 4 weeks and it took a few months.
If appointments were sent out efficiently and cancelled appointments not being communicated to me.

This time staff were very good. Previously not been very good, very rough.
Building too hot. I waited 2 hours to be seen today, previously waited 2 and a half hours. Come every 2-3 weeks.
Waiting time from eye test to being seen by doctor to be reduced - only see doctor for 5 minutes.
